Green Manager

My True Color is both blue and green but I lean more toward the green side with my career is to be in management. I interviewed Professor David Pahl. He is a Business Professor and he work at El Camino College.

The specialties are Food Store Managers, Retail Nursery Managers, Online Store Managers, Sales and Service Managers. My research for Retail Store Manager is responsibility for the operation of stores which sell and select merchandise. Direct large store activities with other workers and multi task in smaller stores. Plan assignment, work schedules and responsible for hiring, firing, and promotion of employees. Strategize on pricing policies. A good manager should make decisions based on experience. The business is all about the customers. Provide a safe and comfortable place for shoppers to shop. If they will leave happy, they come back happy. But, it can be stressful, pressure from dissatisfied customers and presser for higher profits. A manager needs to be creative and have fresh new ideas and strategize in planning, organizing and promoting. Design merchandise displays to attract customers. Advertise the products for the store to draw customer. Motivate customers to buy the products. The store floor and storage areas are organized. Direct physical activities and demand on what is required during a typical workday. However, some occupations can be adapted and performed by disable person. Work well with others. Be a good listener as well as have a good oral communication. Always moving often from one task to another and using different skills.

Also, responsible in coordinating data and resources, understanding the clerical paperwork and keeping records and the financial reports, order and budget merchandise. Compose pictures on the website. Create written presentation. But, the hours often more is than 40 hours per week. Work most weekends and evenings. For First-List Supervisors and Managers of Retail Sales Workers Entry/Low Pay $2,509, Average Pay $3,491, and Top Pay $4,000 and up.

My three words for the vocabulary are lucid, stringent and magnanimous.
